He can preach the Vedic Philosophy in several languages such as Dogri, Urdu, Punjabi, English, Bengali, Gujrati and some of the African languages.
He was instrumental in developing/establishing/running temples and preaching centers at Africa, England, America, Chandigarh, Vrindavana, Udhampur, Katra, Lucknow, Amritsar, Maharahstra etc.
Swamiji has preached the philosophy of Bhagwat Geeta to several heads of states in different parts of the world and in India. Swamiji preaches the message of lord Chaitanay's in the great tradition of ‘Bhakti Yoga’ saints such as Kabir, Nanak, Meera, Surdas, and Namdev. He explains the complicated Vedic philosophy in the form of simple Bhajans which can be understood even by a layman. Audio cassettes of Bhajans which sung by Swamiji are extremely popular among the devotees of the Lord Krishna around the world.
Srila Nav Yogendra Swamiji does not believe in narrow communal preaching. The spectrum of his preaching covers Guru Granth Sahib, Holy Quran and Bible as well. Among his disciples and followers are several academicians, journalists, senior Civil servants, top industrialists, some politicians, students and professionals besides common men. Several of his disciples are Christians, Muslims and Sikhs as well.
Swamiji has dream of restoring the lost glory of India. He is very compassionate. During the peak of terrorism in Punjab, he frequently traveled there and addresses young people.
Swamiji is very strict his principles, personal hygiene and purity of mind. He eats only one meal in 24 hours and does not allow his disciples to consume onion, garlic, meat, tea, coffee, liquors and tobacco. He is very strict against illicit sex and gambling. His day starts at 2 A.M and he goes on preaching till mid night. He is very loving and affectionate with people and helps them solve their problems. He has lectured at several universities in India and abroad.
